Day Five
Pastor Jeff Schlemmer
Isaiah 41:10 (NAS) 'Do not fear, for I am with you; do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, surely I will help you, surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.'

What you see is what you get! An age-old adage that is so true, because it is what you focus on that moves you, drives you, and touches your soul! We have so many opportunities right now to focus on what might happen, what could happen, but God knows what will happen, and God has given you a promise from His heart to yours “Do not fear…” Why? Because God is with you! He’s right there living inside you and He is well able to protect you and your family! God’s got this! “Do not anxiously look about you.” It is so easy right now to look around and be nervous about all that is going on. There are so many voices swirling around us like a cyclone attempting to pull our eyes off the goodness of God and His promises, but God is here to be your strength! Your solid ground, the fortress you can run to.  God is here to help you make it through!

Know that no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home (Psalm 91:10). God is holding you up in the palm of His right hand – Jesus Christ! Don’t allow fear and anxiety to take control.  Cheer up and look up! Jesus will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). He is the God who created the heavens and the earth. The God who made time stand still. The God who parted the Red Sea and the God who was raised from the dead!  We have a savior who is well able to take care of you in this present day, so if what you see is what you get, see God and His Word working in your life. Speak what God has done and will do. Act like God’s got this because He does!

PRAYER:  Father God, in Jesus’ name I thank you that You are for me, You are with me, and You are in me! God, you said my home would be a quiet, safe, and peaceful place (Isaiah 32:18). God, you said, no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home (Psalm 91:10).  I believe Your Word and receive it for me and my family in Jesus’ name, Amen!
